I mean, a cord and certificate is cool too, I suppose. Although it seems like an electric car should come with a charging cord included in the price.

Yeah but that's after we bought the car they sent us the cheap set of wireless headphones. Cool gift from Kia but for us audio connoisseurs think most of us either chucked them or gave them to a niece or nephew. Headphones were kind of raspy and high pitched for my taste.

This Porsche gift is like the pre-welcome welcome gift. Heck Porsche has sent me really nice gifts for buying used cars from them. Cant wait to see what they send for new 911!

I suspect after delivery of Taycan Porsche will send something nice in addition for sure.

Also if you pay $400 for experience center delivery you get formal reveal, food and day at their track. Not free but part of package - over rated in my opinion but if your some rich guy buying a GT3 RS in LA or Georgia and have a youtube channel probably worth it. Chevy does a nice thing for all Z06 buyers in giving them a day at the track in Z06 at Spring Mountain. I was on track getting some advanced training in a Grand Sport and was on track with all these newbies in Zo6's who were getting their track day. Ha ha none of them could figure out why wimpy little Grand Sport I was driving was so much faster than their big powerful Z06's on track.

I get that, but why here in the Stinger Forum? We get he got a Porsche and we are all ecstatic for him, but wouldnt talking crap about our "cheap" headphones or cheap cars just be better suited for a Porsche Forum?

All that said - this thread started as a burn/roast/diss at Tesla - why here Cali why?. I give a hoot about Porsche but could give 2 sh-t's about Tesla.

Because he traded his Stinger for a Porsche and he has a raging case of narcissistic personality disorder. Any posts about Porsche give him an opportunity to brag about himself. (see post 6 and 7 if you're interested in some of the many ways he's better than others)

...Remember this area is a "Forum for off-topic conversations, introductions or anything you like outside of the Kia Stinger" Also reason why I highlight Taycan is this car and others from Audi, VW Groupe and other companies are going to change direction of Kia and Stinger pretty radically in near future. Its very relevant to Stingers direction as volume EV GT sedans are going to change landscape radically over next couple years.
