• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Pictorial where did you go in your Stinger today

We had a very fun (almost dreamlike) time, yesterday and today.
We had a wonderful time too, we're glad to have had the time to spend it with you and your lovely wife.
Once again, thank you for welcoming us to your home city and taking us sight seeing in the Mad Stinger of yours;).

P.S MerlinTheMad has some quite serious hidden talents handling the Stinger, we've experienced some real g-forces going through pretty heavy twisty roads. Merlin just left us speechless with wide smile faces through out Big Cottonwood canyon.:)

Yay! you GO Merlin, show em what your'e made of :D @MerlintheMad

This afternoon, I drove my wife and @Salman and @Huda up Big Cottonwood canyon to walk about near Silver lake; frozen solid pretty much everywhere. The weather today was matchless, with highs in the mid 40s Fahrenheit and lots of bright, strong sunshine. People were about in a veritable flock: all taking advantage of this late season idyllic pause before winter sets in. Our friends from Saudi Arabia treated us to KFC dinner afterward. First rate people, Salman and Huda: on vacation touring the US. We had a very fun (almost dreamlike) time, yesterday and today.

Great photos again Merlin. Looks like you might have a contender for worst parking too. Yourself parked across two bays.:p

Yeah, I know that looks bad. But, it's a very strangely positioned corner of the parking lot. And basically, whoever gets to that corner first has to pick which way he will pull in. I chose to face right rather than left. :D

You're welcome. And thanks for wanting to meet personally. That was a very fun surprise for both of us.

"Hidden talents", hahah. Not until you get to deliberately create oversteer and hear the Michelins howl. Then I will admit that my talents have arrived to the point of James Garner, Steve McQueen and Paul Newman.:laugh::geek::whistle:

You have to love the Jacaranda tress at this time of the year.

My wife likes the house and the trees better than the car. Gorgeous pics.

Yes it’s an old Victorian Manor finished in 1889, it still has some of the old coach & out buildings beside it.

Latest mod to mine... just rebadged it back to a Kia. Felt the car was so awesome that it needed to yell it's heritage.
Also got sick of the, "what make is that car" and "what does the E stand for" lol

While my wife was at her reflexology appointment, I went to Murray Park and did an hour of power walking. There is still some fall color.

Went & bought a new fridge, came out & the sky is full of smoke & the sun was a blood red from the bushfires up in the mountains, the smoke smell is really bad & everything is covered in ash at home.

Looks like in the first photo of your Stinger, you just happened to of also captured what looks something like a Model T Ford, in white body with black roof, waiting at the lights , in the background..:)

Time for another wash for the Stinger. Damn ash.
Doesn't a "Cali Duster" work on ashes? I think it would be a natural.
