I’m looking for wheels and I found a good deal on some esr cs15 which are 19x10.5 +22, would they fit the back or would I have clearance issues?

10.5 wide is already two inches further out than stock. Stock offset is 46.5. You didn't provide a tire size. A 275/35 looks like this:
I think you're pushing it. And how will you match up that deep dish wheel with the front wheel? I think it's going to look odd. Minimal scrub is good; this setup has quite a bit of scrub.

Thinking 295 if I can and 19x9.5 +35 for the front with a 275 tire

I don't think so. Nobody on the forum has successfully run that wide in front (if I am mistaken, somebody let us know). You have little clearance for steering, by this model.

I would want to do 9 but the next size is 19x 8.5 +30

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Definitely will not fit the back, 10 and 1/2 width You going to want to be closer to 40 for backset

My offset in front with TSW "Watkins" is 40, rear 39: widths are 8.5 and 9.5 respectively: a lot of us use those widths, I would say a majority of aftermarket wheels are those widths applied to the Stinger (judging by reading all of the posts over the years on this subject).
