Has anyone else fitted this badge or at least the top half of it?

OEM 3.3T HTRAC V6 Turbo Badge - The Stinger Store

As I have no KIA badges on the outside of the car the first question is the usual "what kind of car is that" but the next question almost always seems to be "what kind of engine has it got" so i figure this will satisfy peoples curiosity

This is mine:

I like it! :p

Where did you get the "3.3 TT" badge? I need one to balance my badging. Thought about buying two "3.3T" badges and cutting off one "T"

There is no OEM 3.3TT badge. If he has one - he either did what you plan on doing - or went non-OEM. The "T" is not attached to the badge - so you wouldn't need to "cut" it off - you'd just place the additional T...

Bummer now I gotta buy another badge!

I think he was joking, saying his engine is a 3.3 twin turbo vs Tazz's 3.3 turbo? I could be wrong...

Nope it has two turbos hence TT

Lol. Okay, this is funny.

Check it out. Tazz show a pic of his emblem, which is "3.3T" right? Never Thought replied that his is a "3.3 TT". We on the same page?

Okay, so my guess is that Never Thought was making a joke by saying his car has a twin turbo whereas Tazz's only has a single turbo (because Tazz's emblem has ONE "T" instead of "TT".

You understand now?

None intended. Tone probably just lost in internet translation.
Okay. Yeah, I'm pretty sure @Never thought was messing around saying that HIS Stinger was a twin turbo and @Tazztattoo's was only a single turbo. :) Life flies by pretty quickly. It's easy to misinterpret things...

I'd much rather have a badge that said 3.3TT since it's a twin turbo...

Cadillac is the only brand that I know of who actually uses two T's for their twin turbo cars... Of course, there's the Audi TT - but TT is the name of the vehicle - so that's different. Every other manufacturer uses a single T to denote "turbo" and "twin turbo"...

That's fine. But I'd prefer the 3.3TT.

Damnit I love the CT6. They're coming out with a V Sport version. My god it's going to be a monster!

Wow! Sorry guys, I was just joking that the engine is a twin turbo not a single turbo that the badge implies. Guess it wasn’t very funny... ;)

Oh, of course. I'm not criticizing anyone's preference - just defending Kia's reasoning for the lack of one "T". :)

It's a handsome vehicle. :) Cadillac makes nice stuff these days...
