Weird thing happened this morning, I have 21 GT, all bolt on mods basically done, temperature here this morning was in the low 50s. Car was fully warmed up, on the way to Wally Mart, I smashed the gas at a stoplight and took off up to about 70mph.. after that all of a sudden it seemed when I turned off etc and would hit the gas it was like I had no boost? I could hear the turbos but it felt I was getting a fraction of the boost as normal.Ran into Walmart, came back out and started the car and punched it a few times and it was back to normal. I'm a little confused. Was it some kind of temporary limp mode? Only thing different is I changed plugs to Densos about 6 weeks ago and yesterday I put in about 5 gallons of 94 octane.. is that too high octane for non tune? My jb4 will be here tomorrow btw.. that's the only thing I can think of, any input is helpful if anyone else has experienced this..

There are other threads in this forum about 21+ models being prone to going into limp mode with an overboost code. The common theme was cold weather, but I think that ll of them had a jb4. Shouldn't happen with a stock setup.

Can confirm this exact issue happens to me. Besides so bolt-ons, I'm stock with no tunes or piggybacks. No CELs though.

Ya I've had it happen a couple times now with my jb4 in. Looking at the logs it was right after the ECU boost jumped up to around 19lbs for some reason, then jb4 boost demand went to zero and it dropped it from map3 to map zero and I basically had no boost until I restarted the car. Hears it can be issue with downpipes and jb4.. cold weather here as well. Burger has the wastegate control wires that supposedly help this so I'm gonna grab those

I've heard that zero boost limp mode with no CELs can be traction/stability control. Kinda blows that traction/stability control is so touchy.

This was with both turned off too. They're always lurking in the background apparently
