• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

NSW Hunter Valley Cruise - 3rd March

Commander Data.

I thought straight up M1 to Calga but I'm happy to go with majority opinion.
Up to you guys, doesn’t affect me I’m coming from the opposite direction but just thought it would be an option you all may like.

A big drive for you.

@Stinger GT SS @Ozstung @ShannonC were you planning getting on the M1 to Calga, then Peats Rodge Rd after meeting at Thornleigh Maccas?

Have you considered after leaving Thornleigh, going into Hornsby and taking the old Pacific Hwy to Calga before getting on Peats Ridge Rd? It’ll take you a bit longer because it’s bendy and has a few patches of 60km rather than the 110km on the M1 but should have less traffic in theory once you pass Hornsby/Berowra and would be a good drive if you find the 3 lanes wide straight line of the M1 a bit boring. Just a thought, up to you guys.
Yes, Im up for that if the rest of you are? Great stretch of road.

I'm an Android.
I suspected as much, that fake skin and hair. That boot full of beer was just a ruse to throw us off lol.

There is a way of doing facebook live, I might ask Tegan how to do it, she did it on the last cruise.

Happy to do either with majority preference, but I guess it also depends on how many turn up at Thornleigh.

You could do it as a mini forum tour with just the 4 of you and meet the main group at Peats Ridge

I guess, but it would also depend on how many turn up, keeping everyone together so we all get to Peats Ridge would be a priority of mine, so whichever way we go I would assume we would do it as a group from Thornleigh to Peats Ridge.

Update from our Facebook friends for next Sunday’s cruise.

****Details for Sydney Peeps****

[Alex] Hey everyone, so a few details for anyone attending coming from Sydney.

Meeting point will be McDonalds at Mount Colah from 7:45am. Meeting there will make it easier for us to stay as a group as best as possible without having to deal with a ton of traffic lights leaving Sydney departing from here @ 8.30am. To be P Plater friendly we will then take a scenic drive along the Old Pacific Hwy (weather permitting, if raining we will go the motorway), then on to Peats Ridge Road to the cafe to meet up with the Newcastle crew at 9:30.

For the return trip back to Sydney if you are interested, a group of us will be heading back via Putty Rd (with a stop halfway), otherwise you can head back along the M1.

Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday!

I think a few of us (you know how) could still meet at Thornleigh then off to Mt Colah.

Bummer........ I’m actually heading up north to the Tweed on the 2nd. It would have great to meet you guys.
Maybe next time.

Mt Colah Maccas is only 12min (9.2kms) past Thornleigh Maccas, I’m happy to go directly to Mt Colah as I want to have enough time for a bite & coffee before we leave to Peats Ridge.
