I ordered brake pads back at the end of April, GiroDisk for the front and RedStuff for the rear... the fronts came in pretty quick but the rears never showed up. I emailed and got a pretty quick reply saying that the RedStuff were backordered. They showed in stock when I bought them, so it would have been nice to know... mean while I am starting to wear grooves in my rotors so I email again and ask if we can switch the RedStuff for something that is in stock... no reply. I email again and say that I have gone another direction and found other pads... no reply and no refund.
I get the brakes done and find out that the GiroDisk pads that showed up fast, are NOT for my car! I email and call... no reply.

If somebody on here knows these guys personally, please tell them to check their messages and get back to me.

Can you post a picture of the box of the girodisc pads you got with the part number showing?

You are over thinking it, they are the correct pads. I agree when I saw mine I thought they were wrong until I installed them.

Give them a call instead of emailing.

Tried twice... I left voicemail with no replies...
They are in California, maybe doing a meet or event for an extended period of time. They are one of the few KDM dealers, they won't stiff you.

I hope not... its not a very big community to get a bad business name in.

I often Facebook message. He’s a good man to deal with.

Maybe delete this post. Doesn’t seem fair to be accusing him of a problem that user error.

Couldn’t Nick just take 30 seconds to clear up any issues himself and not let the guy hang (and resort to a forum for help, or Facebook for that matter)?

I get that; however what you’re asking is a matter of opinion. Fact is it’s not a problem w KHAR or what you originally claim to be the issue.

I mean he did admit that he was wrong and those were the right pads but his rear pads still havent shown up or has he gotten a response about a refund.

I think the customer should get a response, good, bad, something. No response at all is unacceptable. A customer has a question or concern, bottom line. I have had decent experiences with KHAR, but also a not so great one, and it really just comes down to lack of communication. If you can't get something, at least communicate that, don't leave the customer hanging. Set some sort of expectation. It's part of being in business.

Thanks everyone that tried to help me get in touch with them.
Nick finally got in touch with me, just waiting in a refund for the rear pads.
