Yeah, I saw that. But the fact that it's on the black panel that warns about the airbag, I was reticent to try it. LOL Thanks!

Just to add here too (recorded it) after turning off Quantum Logic, my Sound came back (reset didn’t work)

No volume issue happened again yesterday, I need to try the turning off Quantum Logic the next time it happens.

On the face of the stereo unit, there is a small, unmarked button that you can push with a pen tip or something small. That will reboot the unit and should restore the audio from the speakers. It's just to the right of the Radio button in the black plastic area.

My volume was just working on my commute home but was either on or off. It showed in the screen it was increasing but it wasn’t. Shut it off and on but that did not help. Going to try to Quantum then the reset button.

MY DUDES! I used to have this problem ALL. THE. TIME. After turning off the quantum logic setting I haven't had it in almost 6 months. That was DEFINITELY it for me.

The reset button would only work sometimes though... so I'd advise letting the car sit overnight, then turn off your phone so it can't auto connect, then turn off quantum logic, then resume using as usual.

I've noticed some consistency to this issue for me when the car is booting to bluetooth audio. When I have it left on an FM station from the last drive it never happens.

Regardless, I will try the rest button next time as well as leaving Quantum audio stuff off. Thanks all!
