so i just got my stinger 3.3 serviced for 30k and got my sparkplugs changed and now i have no BOV noise at all and i have a slight flutter. It was working perfectly fine before i got the work done. Im building boost perfectly fine and the car is driving fine but no woosh.

Mods: JB4, burger intakes, mishi intercooler, GFB BOVs.

Things ive checked: all pipes look fine, BOVs are open, tried with JB4 map 0 and map 2.

Not sure what has happened as the 30k service is basically just an oil change and it was working fine before i took it in, any ideas would be great.

When the plugs were done, did they remove the intake plenum? Pull the top cover off and make sure the little vacuum line from near the throttle body to the BOV control solenoid is connected.

Was is serviced at a Kia dealership. Or a quick lube.
The first thing i would check is the pressure release adjustment bolt on the top of the BOV.

Some dipstick tech may have heard them and thought they were leaking and turned the vent adjustment all the way in or out.

That could make them not vent at all or just pass pressure all the time with no build up.

I found the issue, they snapped off a pipe just above a coil. They are going to fix it.
