Ok guys so far I have a JB4, K&N CAI and a MBRP.
My goal is to increase speed and give more of a sound to my exhaust if possible.

I wish I had more crackles and pops would down pipes help?

or should I pull the trigger on a wmi??

thanks I’m advanced

WMI, downpipes, and intercooler.

Ok so this so this is the first car I’m truely modding.

what does the wmi do, allow me to run e85 without the super precise measurements?

WMI cools the intake charge, and adds a bit of fuel (methanol is a fuel, but most folks use 50% or less meth for safety/legal reasons). This lets the engine use more timing, which gets more power out of each kaboom. So this has to be done in conjunction with an ECU tune or piggyback that knows what's going on.
Just plugging a WMI sprayer into the car won't do much of anything.

e.g., we added WMI to my buddy's ford 4.6 with a whipple. The tuner was able to put in about 10 degrees additional timing, so got another 50hp or so out of it.

The system isn't designed for E85, so you really shouldn't run full e85. Folks run ~e30 for the same reason as using wmi - you can put more timing in with ethanol. But you need much more volume of fuel with ethanol, and the system just can't push enough volume to get 450hp+ out of e85.

You can always get louder mufflers.

Cackles and pops require an ECU tune. I think some of the Korean shops did that, but I'm not aware of anyone in the US doing it. That's really tough on the car.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
