Hi all,Went to the drag strip for the first time yesterday and using Map 5 (had 5 gallons of race fuel 110 and 7 of 93 octane), only ran a 12.7. I have a 2022 GT2. Only mods are JB4 and AEM intakes so far. My 60ft was 2.1, which seems poor. Also, my lowest intake temp was my best run but it was at 130 to 140.

I am working off the assumption that my intake temp really killed my time. I was shooting for anything 12.2 to 12.4 under map 5 based on what Ive read. Altitude is about 1k ft, temp was 80.

Just want to check in with the group and see if that intake temp could have impacted my time that much or if I should be looking elsewhere. I ran map 2 later and ran 12.9, but intake temp was still 150+. I tried to keep the car off while waiting but a really hot track. Think intercooler needs to be next on my list.

You'd need a JB4 log of the runs to do any sort of analysis. But with intake temps at 130f+ it's going to be hard to run good times.

Here is one of my M5 runs and a M2 run. I dont have a ton of experience reading these.

No logs attached. I don't check this forum that often so if you want me to review the logs best to email me, terry@burgertuning.com
