Good morning! My name is Sara. I'm apparently an old lady having a midlife crisis lol
I bought my Stinger GT1 AWD on Saturday. I literally had never heard of them before that day. I was with some friends at the lot and thought they were cool, test drove to kill time and for fun and I have to say, it was the most fun I've ever had on a test drive. I ended up driving the Stinger home. My previous car was a fully loaded 2015 Chrysler 200.
Mine came with summer tires and they don't do well in snow AT ALL. I ordered wheels and A/S tires from Tire Rack yesterday to put on for winter. I ordered them mounted and balanced in hopes we could just put them on the car and go. But I have seen mixed stories about getting the TPMS to sync to the car when we put them on. Has anyone had experience with this? I don't know if Tire Rack uses OEM sensors.

Welcome aboard and congratulations. What a great car to have a "midlife crisis" with.

As far as the TPMS goes as long as the tire shop has the appropriate tool to register the new sensors to your Stinger, you will be okay.

Congrats and welcome to the forum! The TPMS will link up with no work required on your part. I ordered my winter setup from TR and installed them before taking delivery of the car A couple of weeks ago during the Polar Vortex, just drive a few minutes and the info shows up on the screen.

By the way, go ahead and add your location to your profile when you get a chance.

Howdy. I echo "what a great car to have a midlife crisis with." Except if you start at what you define as "midlife", yours is going to be awfully lengthy!;)

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
