My name is Jay Graff and I purchased a 2023 Kia Stinger GT2 RWD last night. It is ceramic silver with red leather interior and it is simply amazing. I have ALWAYS been a fan of these cars ever since they came out and I wanted to get the last year's model before they went away. I live in Kingwood, Texas (just north of Houston). I have some questions that I will post today. I am happy to be part of this group ...

I have looked forever for 'the car' that I wanted ... Charger Widebody, Supra, Mustang 5.0 ... and nothing clicked for me until I drove this Stinger. I have love them since they came out. I hope I got a great car that is going to give me no worries for years. My 2014 Tundra TRD 4x4 CrewMax on 6" lift with 35/12/50s has 196,000 miles and I have had ZERO issues ... just wanted a sedan.
The popular piggybacks are the JB4, Lap3 ProTuner, and Racechip GTS. All three are safe options, just know the Racechip can't log data so having a Bluetooth ODB2 scanner is a good idea.
There are more piggybacks out there but I haven't heard any user feedback.

The million-dollar question, Yes...No...Maybe. I think it's up to the dealer if they want to take or deny the warranty claim. I take my car in for my free oil changes every 3K miles with every mod installed and I haven't heard anything from my dealer, granted everything has been perfect so far with the car's performance. I would say building a good relationship with your dealer helps. Racechip offers a warranty but I actually forgot to register my car and the piggyback in the time frame, that's an Oof on my part.
Sorry, I couldn't provide a straight answer but this is a grey area.
One of my front axles (the one from the front diff to driver CV that goes through the oil pan) blew its load. The bearing seal started leaking at ~5500 miles. Replaced under warranty. Strange issue on such a low mileage adult driven car.
None. I've replaced the coil pack to cylinder no. 6, that's it. Minor issues have cropped up occasionally with the TPMS system: it will revert to "drive to display" (but this hasn't returned since July).
