New Stinger GT2 owner.

Hey everyone. Just bought a new 2019 Stinger GT2 RWD yesterday with 13 miles on it. Pearl white with red interior. I just couldn’t pass up the deal they made me. $38,812 plus tax ($2,561) and title/tag ($38). No trade in. Did 60 months finance at 2.34%. Loving the car so far. Feels like some of my previous BMW E90 335’s with more comfort and tech. Hopefully less maintenance and more reliable as well. I hope to learn a lot on the forum and contribute as well. I did a lot of enhancements to my N54’s in my 335’s and looking forward to a new journey of upgrades in the Stinger.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your Stinger GT! I owned a 335i as well - Burger Tuned with a JB3 and then JB4. Were you tuned as well? It sounds like you're considering tuning the Stinger. The Stinger IS much more reliable than similar German vehicles...

Awesome. I was hoping this wouldn’t be a site with people talking about the rear leg room. LOL. Yes. Both were 2007 N54’s. Had a JB3, BMS Intake, AR downpipes, Forge FMIC, CMGS Meth progressive system, CP / Tial charge pipe / BOV and various other bits. Hoping for great things out of this platform.

Nice. Sounds like you were in the low 12s or high 11s with that setup.

Best was a 12.01 at 121mph. This was with street drag radials at Montgomery Motorsports Park. It was like 90 degrees too.

Very good. I'm not impressed by times made with slicks or cars that are tubbed, etcetera. What impresses me are your ordinary looking sleepers that travel around all day long with the ability to go fast. 12.01 is great. And in cooler weather, you'd have had even better results, of course. I look forward to seeing what you do with the Stinger.

I haven’t delved into much of the mods yet so my knowledge is pretty limited. Are there daily drivers on 93 pump gas in the 11’s yet?
