AAWireless has worked here well since it first came out, across all car head unit versions. I recently ordered a gen 2 AAWireless unit so I can test android over carplay (only the gen2 AAWireless units support that).

The caveat is "warn others in the car" that the windows are about to go up. What could possibly go wrong? It is a daft feature.

There are no tunnles here in PRIL! Truly idiotic updates. And you're assuming the toggle actually works. Until it's tested, we know nothing.

Any people ask me why I won't buy a samdung --- if I can't root it, I don't want it. I've gotten to the point of even self hosting my own email because other options take control away.

My23 Stinger GT, 6000kms. 9 months old.
The car did not change for daylight saving start October so I ticked the tick box, time changed locked and left. When I returned the info screen would not fire up.
Hitting setup got me the main software versions screen only. I could not navigate out of this. I locked up unlocked same. Back to that page the search function was available so I searched reset and went through that. Having to customise again was a PIA but I noticed certain things missing like Quantum Sound screen. I did the reset again to no avail BUT in frustration locked up and did a search on the internet. Nothing. When I returned the system booted up normally. All functionality returned.
I suggest if you do any changes that possibly not all functionality will be restored until the following system check on the next start and leave it a while before doing that.
The ONE feature I think would have been good is a remote window roll down feature. On a hot day you want to blow the hot air out.

Greatest feature ever! Who would want to hear the exhaust note of their twin turbo v6 in a tunnel? Just insanity. Who does that? All that noise, the reverberation off the walls, the pain my ears would endure, the reoccuring nightmares..... thank you Kia for saving us from that terrible experience.

I am pretty sure , NOBODY uses the sounds of nature ambient sounds.

We use it a lot! partner has misophonia and usually have music going.. but when we have other people in the car to chat with or just not in the mood for music and just need ambient noise it's fantastic to have going on in the background and not have to find something on youtubemusic/spotify for background noise..

I sincerely would have thought you/they would have had similar ambient background noise on quick select favourites within Spotify or smilar.

they do, but it's immediate vs waiting for the phone to connect/aa to connect and load ... if someone is chomping gum or other noises, there is sound going on as it basically starts with the noise until we connect something

I keep mine in 2d mode. 3D maps don't compute (in my brain).

Why wouldn't it be working?
If you add a wireless adapter - it will work (I use the MotorolaSound MA1)
