Hello.

Just picked up a 2018 GT2 AWD in Panthera with 19k. Already started with the appearance mods, badges, wheel caps etc.

I came from a 2006 Volvo S60R M66, I miss that car but the GT2 is much better for the family.

Odd question, maybe someone can point me in the right direction. It has a KM based speedo, was a Canadian car. I would like to swap it out for an Merican one, possible?

Oh boy, If you're in America I hope you are ready for your warranty to be denied. Kia dealers in the USA do not like Canadian spec cars at all. But yes, you should be able to do the swap just fine, though you may want to keep the cluster as it will be unique here, and I believe you can set all the digital stuff to our system so you could get MPH in the HUD/Screen on the cluster anyway.

This happened today, our third rear ender in 9 months. We just got back our Sonata N Line yesterday (4 month repair) and now this..

First was a road rage that we got hit in, we were stopped at a red and it was collateral damage. Car was totaled and only had 96 miles on it.
Second was, I shit you not, the same intersection with the new replacement. There was already an accident at the intersection and traffic had stopped. Driver behind us was looking at the flashing lights and hit us with police right there.
Third (today) was left turn lane with flashing yellow, truck in front of me went, I stopped to wait for traffic (couldn't see around his giant truck), driver behind me thought I was going for it and hit me.
