Replaced a 2007 Mazda CX7 Grand Touring .
Gonna have to get used to the lower ride height for winter. I will probably get a Tork Motorsports tune on it stage 1 . With intake and cat back that gives almost 500 hp which is more then enough for silly fun.

Hmm didn't know it was a rare color . Wanted blue but haven't found a Awd Gt with low enough miles lately near the price of what I was willing to spend.

It's relatively rare, because Stingers have not come with that color option since 2020 (iirc, in that year only 2.0L could be Silky Silver).

After some preliminary research . I'm doing double Catch Cans, Intakes( HPS probably), HKS plugs, GFB hybrid BoV , a JB4 as it looks like it can be removed with no trace for warranty purposes, probably only run it at max map 2 , some kind of Cat back/muffler delete not sure which yet,

Although this is a 4th car for our house getting less then 3k miles a year, it still needs to be reliable and streetable but I would like to have some things to tinker with and boost the performance above 450 HP.
Is that possible with those mods.

I'm thinking of all that stuff in that order as I can't see tuning it with a bunch of stock plastic crap like Intakes and BOV's and no protection from blow by into the upper end.

I would think for the price of these cars and the length of the factory warranty catch cans would go a long way if they were included from the factory.

450 at the crank, yes, doable. 450 at the wheels, probably not. you need Water Meth Injection, or Charge Pipe Injection and to run Map 7 with JB4. I will say, what you described, running map 2 with 93 octane will feel pretty fast. it's a great setup. Skip the BOV. Stock BOV's work fine and give plenty of noise with aftermarket intakes.
