New EVC exhaust option from Lozic

Beyond the facebook post does anyone have any info on this? I've been back and forth between exhausts for a while now but maybe this one will be really good.

This is an older post but after some digging around I found out it's a Maintec EVC exhaust. I'm planning to purchase one from Lozic shortly but just wanted to see if anyone has this exhaust or have heard it in person. I like the sound much more than the Jun BL EVC which sounds raspy at higher RPMs and the current MBRP Pro and Borla active exhaust systems don't have enough of a sound difference from Comfort to Sport. Hoping someone can share their experience!

I agree, I think this is one of the best sounding exhausts on the market. I was close to buying it but after sending some emails back and forth with lozic I found out that I needed an upgraded diffuser so I have to take care of that first. If you dont have a stinger with the 2022+ diffuser, it wont fit. Otherwise you should be good. If you look at their youtube and instagram there are a decent amount of videos on the sound as well. Best of luck!

Agreed on the best sounding exhaust! I’ve only seen two or so videos and I’m pretty convinced but it’s such a large purchase without any reviews like the other big brand exhausts. I just hope it doesn’t drone like Lozic claims it doesn’t. Ive got a 2022 stinger so I’m good from the rear diffuser perspective . I think I’m going to pull the trigger on this sometime this week :O

Yea drone i guess is something youll never really know until you get it. At least its evc as well. If you get it be sure to come back and post videos! I haven't seen anyone on here with it yet

I ended up getting it after all and installed it over the weekend. First impressions was holy crap it's loud but the EVC is working as expected by sounding almost like stock on Sport mode (with active valves opened on 2022+ models). Truthfully I feel like I'll be driving it with closed until I have fixed one major issue. I confirmed what I feared most that it would be too raspy at WOT. I'm now on a quest to look at ways to make it less raspy. I've searched this forum and looks like maybe some ultra quiet vibrant resonators can reduce this. I intended to take a longer video but it was a late night install and managed to get 1 quick video in.

I'll try to do a full review. Talked to the guy at Lozic and he says this might be the last one he brings in because of the high shipping costs from Korea. It was $2000 USD shipped to Canada.

I forgot to mention once I figured out that it was likely a rebrand of a Korean branded Maintec's EVC V3 exhaust, I found videos of the Stinger and the exhaust sounds prior to making my purchase. You can find Maintec's YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/@maintec58 I can't read Korean but you have an idea based on the thumbnails and 3.3T keywords haha When I took the video, this was inside a bay so it resonated and sounded more like a trumpet which isn't really representative of the sound while driving (which I'll take a video of later).

Nice man, and best of luck with the resonators as I've heard thats a pretty common thing people do to the stinger after getting an aftermarket exh. Hope you can get it to a spot where you enjoy it!

I pulled the trigger on vibrant ultra quiet resonators to help with the rasp during WOT. I also changed out the tips to AliExpress tips so there is virtually no drone. I recorded this comparison because I’ve noticed after the vibrant resonators were put in, the cabin sound is a little louder over stock so I was curious how loud it would be compared to before the modification. I’m happy it still sounds great on the outside, really cleans up and deepens the exhaust note with slightly less volume. Am I disappointed that it’s not as loud, yeah, and I maybe would’ve considered the bottle style over these if I can do it over again. Here’s to hoping that they just get slightly louder over time..
