Really liking the new design of these LODEN version 4.0 hood and hatch emblems for the Stinger. They're available in limited quantities for the time being. They look even better in person...

It’s LODEN’s standard black chrome for the edge/k. It isn’t an exact match to the gt black chrome... (which flops from dark gold/silver depending on the light)... but it’s close enough for a badge.

This is actually something new from them. It's very, very close to black chrome (edge and K) but it's actually gloss black... It's kinda unique...

Hey Sal, was this the new reveal you mentioned a few weeks ago? I thought I read you had something new coming for the steering wheel but I could be wrong.

Are these as thick and hard as the other loden products you sell? I installed mine but there was no way for me to get it to lay completely flat so there is a small gap on the bottom portion. Not a big deal and not noticeable unless you're crouched down and looking at it closely.

Yes, they are, but they're better designed to last even longer. If you find any part of the emblem not sitting perfectly flush with the body, the best thing to do is use a little clear silicone to fill the space...

Just received both the bright chrome and dark chrome emblems and both of them have a sloppy finish on the center piece.

The metal center piece is poking out and cannot sit flush with the larger diameter base piece.

Leave them as is and return them. I imagine they're uninstalled and still in the same condition you received them in. If so, I'll gladly refund your purchase and pay for USPS First Class postage for the return. I'll return those to the manufacturer for a refund myself. It sounds as if they're defective. I'll send you a direct message...

Are the Loden stamps as noticeable when installed as they are in the photos? (talking the chrome, black hides it well) Why the need to stamp it in multiple places at all?

I don't make them so I don't know why they stamp them twice, but they're much less noticeable in person - especially when they're installed considering the steps are on the bottom.

Just leaving a brief review in case anyone would like to purchase these for their stinger.

Material: Metal - no signs of plastic other than potentially the K lettering on the bright chrome emblem

Composition: 3 piece; (1) Base plate with adhesive backing (1) center piece with checkered pattern (1) lettering

Color: Bright Chrome or powder coated black.

The powder coated black emblem has "loden" once on the base plate whereas the bright chrome emblem has it twice.

Do note that the Bright chrome emblem is "thicker" or sits more proud on the surface than the powder coated black emblem.

If the emblems did not arrive defective I would say it is a great product overall. I would recommend a clearcoat over the center piece however to protect the finish of the bare metal...
