I keep doing the same thing...forgetting to take pics before I start the install.

But anyway, the box was waiting for me when I got back from Nashville this evening. Couldn’t help but do the install right away.

I’ll try to get some sound clips tomorrow.

I categorize drone as an undesirable tone when in a steady, or close to steady state, like cruising on the interstate. I can happily report there’s no drone there. Also happy to report the install went off without a hitch. All clamps were solid, slip connectors slid right in, everything bolsters up just fine.

If you drive all the time in sport mode in lower gears then of course you’re going to pickup some additional sound.

I have no other exhaust modifications.

It’s not very loud. On a cold start, if I hadn’t lived with the stock exhaust for a month I would’ve sworn it came that way. It’s like a slightly louder and deeper stock note.

Which version did you order?

I thought mine was damaged. The box was absolutely mangled by UPS. The industrial heavy duty staples that typically hold double wall corrugated boxes were completely ripped out, the box was deformed, the sides were ripped open, and it looked like UPS tried to reseal it with packaging tape at some point. I figured at best piping would be dented or marred, and at worst some installation materials like the clamps or washers would’ve been missing. Luckily, everything was there and nothing was damaged.

It comes with 4 band clamps and you had been be prepared with something more heavy duty than a 15mm ratchet to get those things tight to create a leakproof seal.

FYI...if you can twist the muffler (up or down) and the clamp rotates when doing so, it’s not tight enough.

Stainless steel. Was hoping it would be about the same loudness as borla. The video makes it sound much louder than stock.

It’s definitely not unreasonably loud or even significantly louder than stock. It’s a beefier stock.
