Need opinion of rear diffuser

That wasnt on there in Nov. when I ordered it. There was only black matte and glossy red. If your gonna put red f*cking match the color to car there is no glossy red car. When there was only 2 options you would assume the color red that they offered is the same as the car.
HiChroma was specifically added about 2 months ago. There were FIVE options when you placed your order--unpainted, matte black, glossy black, glossy red and OEM Bodycolor. We SPECIFICALLY put "universal" in front of glossy red so people wouldn't think that's an OEM paint color. If you wanted to match the paint of your car, then OEM Bodycolor would have been the correct choice.

You didnt have that option on there in Nov. when I got it. It took 6 months to get the part. So I assumed they would paint it the right color that you offered since there is only 1 red car. You said they didnt want to mix a batch of color because they wanted to do a bunch at one time. I was ok with that excuse because I figured they match the color to car and didnt want to make it for 1 but that is just red not hard to make red paint.
Also, it was 4 months, not 6 months--1 month of which was over the Asian new year which normally people don't count because the countries are closed for about 4 weeks. Either way, yes, way too long but at no time did you request a refund so I don't understand why you keep harping on the timeline. I explained in detail that we were offered by M&S the option of having bulk colors done at a discount and we took them up on it--primarily to alleviate the heavy workload on our bodyshop here in NY. For whatever reason, M&S did every color except the glossy red. I'm assuming this is because they were trying to get other sellers to buy bulk inventories as well to justify the expenditure at the paint shop and there just weren't any other takers for glossy red. They kept pushing things back unfortunately which is why we eventually just said screw it and had the diffusers painted domestically.

Hopefully this clarifies any misconceptions

I wouldn't have it installed ...when you made sure it was align before taking the 3M tape off, did not you noticed the color ? I just paint, you ll need to redo it. I ordered the same one and went with matt black, cannot (hopefully) mess that up

You talkin' to me Willis ... AKA Gtecko?]

It seems have more yellow in it. Still looks good. I’d do black, but it’s your opinion that counts.

Umm ... the OEM diffuser is gloss black. Matches perfectly.
