looks like the scorpion spoiler to me. those rims are aftermarket so maybe this is a scorpion spoiler on a normal stinger. some stingers have had the scorpion spoiler added.

If it’s carbon it’s the Element6 version of the Scorpion wing.

For sure the Scorpion and black is one of the available factory colors if not the Element6 CF....which is a real beauty.
