Hi,
I own a 2018 Stinger GT. Brilliant car. Just love it. Unfortunately it comes with a demon of a nav system. When it works it works well, however every time I plug in an address it can not find it. If I go to Google maps, it finds it straight away, so what the hell is wrong with the KIA nav maps? Each time I put it in for service I ask them to update the nav system. The problem so far has remained.

Just another little issue, the headsup display shows the speed limit, however on some roads it shows the wrong speed limit, showing 100KPH when it is sign posed at 80KPH. Try explaining that to the cops.

Does anyone have a solution?

Use Waze...I have had my Stinger for 2 years and I don't even think I have ever used Kias maps.

I used the nav system last weekend. Worked ok with one glitch. How the hell do you turn it off? I deleted the routes but it still wants to take me somewhere.

The nav system has worked great for me. I don't even bother with my phone navigation anymore. Even speaking a specific address through the voice system works great.

To cancel a route hold the pause route button until it cancels.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Yes, the voice recognition works well and I like the nav system overall. I was comparing it with my phone and it took me on a strange route to destination where as google was direct.
I have a garmin which is totally unreliable.
