n00b - 2019 or 2020 (I can't wait for the 2021 if it's the same model in Canada)

Hey guys. I've been enjoying what I've been reading on this forum and can't wait to get into a Stinger GT Limited. I'm leaving Lexus after 15 years and I'm still afraid to do so after enjoying reliable IS300's to the latest gen IS350 AWD F-Sport.

That being said, I am trying to find out if the Canadian version of the 2019 GT Limited comes with LSD. It seems as though everything else is the same but that information eludes me. Hopefully I have come to the right place for an answer.

So far only the 2020 GT LIMITED gets the LSD. So the 2019 GT/GT LIMITED and 2020 GT does not have LSD.

Thanks for that. For some reason, the dealership didn't know for sure. I think this was and still is a great deal for a 2019 limited at 41,500 plus tax. So now I'm working on a 2020 Ltd for 44,500 if I can. I'm guessing we (Canada) won't likely get the D-AWD either so I will likely do that AWD switch mod (likely the same thing) as that seems easy enough.

Again, any insight is greatly appreciated. I will share my results afterwards.

There’s a 2021 Neon Orange one coming to Canada in fall 2020. I remember talking to a Kia sale rep earlier this year that said a drift edition one might be coming this year, it might be that orange one.

Awesome hopefully you find your Stinger and as of reliable, Korean are close at par as the Japanese car brands, so what are you afraid of? Is not like you are going from Lexus to Yugo. Plus the Stinger GT2 will outperform any Lexus except the LFA.
