Ok here's another one for us..
I keep navigation maps and software updated 2x a year...1 1/2 years ago while driving...navigation started pointing off the current location and going left right up down like I was touching it to look beyond my current position. Can go on for thousands of miles...lol..hit Greenland! Only noticed it when navigation is full screen and not spilt w radio. Only way to stop it from going is to hit home button and get off full screen. Someone must have this issue..lol..thoughts? Never noticed immediately after an update..just randomly happened in between. Have to admit on last update in springtime 2023...a lot less but still there.

unless you were the one who brought this up less than a year ago, there was one other poster who mentioned this exact same thing. obviously it is very uncommon. if you hit 'map' that should bring the wandering navigation icon back each time. try cleaning your touch screen? I don't know.

odd huh..had a cell holder that was in front of 1 of the vents...after awhile in winter i thought hot air was bouncing off the phone and hittin the screen...which turned out it was..not helping the cell either..lol and said that's it! Week later it was back.

I get random phantom presses in the bottom right corner of my screen. If there's a menu option there, it will keep "pressing" it, every few seconds. Happens maybe once a month or less. Annoying, but usually goes away the next drive. I think it may have to do with the head unit being really hot (from sitting) when it starts, and the calibration being off for that day?

It happens to me on occasion, sometimes it will happen a ton. I have no idea how to fix it.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
It seems to be happening less now that I've taken to putting up a windshield sun-shade during warm / hot weather. Another thought I had was to maybe try wrapping a towel or something around the screen when parked.

It has not happened to me in a while, but I'm not using navigation from the car any more.

I still get phantom screen switching where if I have it in AirPlay mode with music full screen, it will switch to Apple Maps, or back to the home screen. Sometimes if I'm using Apple Maps, it will zoom in super close and then scroll my position as I move, but it's zoomed in so far that I can't see street intersections or names.

I have not done the latest Nav update.
