Lol really or are you joking about the 60 foot? I don’t pay attention at all to my 60 foot.

Don’t know yet what is up with wmi. Will figure that out and will report back once I find what is going on. All I know I was pissed off I feel if I would of had my wmi working I could of really made history.

Yes, 1.608 is the best 60 foot. Next best is 1.625.

Snip or not it is irrelevant to the conversation. A mod is a mod. I mean you can say you didn't get an 11.8 until you got the stage 2 Tork tune. We could go all day about this lol. I can say I would of not got an 11.7 if I didn't have a JB4 or intakes. Seems like you will have to get snipped yourself lol, but don't forget to give the credit to BMS. I know John is punching the air right now in his shop. Seems like after all there is no true performance advantage to a ecu tune. I understand your position and it's a hard one. If you get the BMS snip and you get a better time then the credit goes to BMS and not Tork. You having a Tork tune and representing them at least on this forum its a no go for John. Tork has been working on this car for 2 years and they have not been able to figure that out lol.

My advice is get a JB4 and be free. I am joking just giving you a hard time.

Yes I used my special patented launch technique, I turned Super Saiyan 4 at the line.

We will see what happens when I get WMI back.

Not bashing the snip just wondering if wheel spin is an issue now.
I don't mind giving Terry credit for the brake snip. I'm just being patient to see how the trans holds up and hesitant to cut the harness. The diy vid was great.
Plus I've been on top for over six months so time to share. Although i can't see me beating the hybrid turbo car just yet.

dude.... he's asking you for advice on your launch process, we share information on here, that's how we all get faster. No reason to get so defensive.

He does not need advice, Tonka is very knowledgeable and he has Tork. The conversation was between myself and Tonka not sure why you are getting defensive?

Maybe you need to hit the track yourself and provide that advice to Tonka and the community? I have yet seen you provide any useful information other than always trying to discredit me or attack me lol.

LOL Funny that you are always chasing my records and can't break them. All that matters to me is that I did better than you. I usually let the numbers speak for themselves. It is ok I know you will be going to the track non stop all this week and next week and the week after that like you have for the past 3 months chasing me. I am not a legend , I just do legendary shi#!

Go through my posts, I've given plenty of useful information over the years I've been here, answered more questions than I can count. Quarter mile racing is one very small section of this forum, just because I'm not actively trying to break track records in my Stinger doesn't mean I don't have useful advice for the community as a whole.

Just for you I saved these....I will let numbers talk. Am I still chasing dreams? I thought I woul only get 11's one time only. I have news for you all of my passes were 11's lol.

Nobody is really going the beat a hybrid turbo or big turbo Stinger. They just make a lot more power than we can on out stock turbo.

I mean to be honest that hybrid turbo Stinger was hitting low 12’s and high 11’s until they did the brake snip. That Stinger is full bolt on, wmi, hybrid turbo, ecu tune, JB4 etc……..I would not compare our Stinger’s to those. It is just not a fair comparison considering the power advantage they will have. I am sure his goal is to get into the 10’s and maybe he will if the ecu/tcu tune part ever gets figured out.


I personally been chasing myself. I got an 11.7, I will try for 11.6 and 11.5 once I get my WMI.


Look I was the first to get 11’s on the Jb4 on just intakes, downpipes and muffler deletes when Tork and others did not think it was possible on a JB4. This was done with not brake snip of course as I did this on March. I shut a lot of people up and gave hope to others that it was doable. I did that on my first track day.

Fast forward to now and I got the brake snip. Did 11.7 with no WMI and on pump gas. And I set the record for the 60 foot according to you. Even the lap 3 fanboys that swear up and down that the lap 3 is better than the JB4 benefited from the BMS brake snip.

I was able to accomplish this thanks Terry BMS support and my driving skills. I am not a JB4 fan boy. I really do appreciate the research and development that Terry constantly provides the community. Even thou we have had our disagreements and I had questions his ways early on when I thought he was just a sales man and I was completely wrong. Terry has supported me beyond my expectations. I am not sponsored by BMS, I don’t get free parts from BMS and in any shape or form does Terry dictate what I say on this forum or about his products. I really appreciate his support from the heart, that’s is why I always recommend others to buy BMS products. That’s is why I always do review videos and DIY on BMS products. That is why I support Terry BMS genuinely to the fullest, because he has helped me succeed on my personal goals with the Stinger. If you ask me the man does not get enough credit or respect!


I will be back in a couple weeks, for now I will have to focus on my summer classes. Once I hit the track again I will let everyone know my results.

Agree well said. I know about the ignore. I have some members here on ignore and they yet keep commenting on my post. It is what it is. Thanks for the feedback. Trust me when I say my real accomplishments come in real life taking care of my wife and girl’s. This is just a hobby for me. Sometimes you get people that just don’t like you and you need to let them know the feeling is mutual. This is also competitive and there is nothing wrong with some competition. I will revert back to the thread and stay on topic.

no kidding, I guess I shouldn't have said anything but I just hate to see community members being nasty to others for no dang reason. I am curious how the brake snip guys are launching their cars though, anyone want to chime in that's done it that isn't guarding their "Secret" like a teenage girl with a hickey? Would love to know how much RPM the brakes are holding and how much wheel spin everyone is getting.
