Mirrors not angling down in reverse

Hey y’all bought a used 18 GT2 just about a week ago and I noticed that the mirrors would angle down in reverse. It worked great until yesterday. The mirrors no longer angle down at all. Has anyone else had this issue?

Make sure it's switched to either "L" or "R", the feature does not work in the neutral position.

Simple fixes are the best fixes! I also like that it can be turned on or off so easily as the situation requires.

I love the mirrors angling down, I back out of a stuffed garage! Also love all the alerts that save me from hitting things!

That is yes. I use my tilt down all the time backing into parking stalls, so I can angle as close to the curb as I want.

I just realized this after owning a new 2020 for a couple months. Kinda sucks. I wonder can they be added by swapping in mirrors from any year gt1, gt2 ?
