Hey guys quick question? Does the micro blue have a nice metallic color? I haven’t seen it in person yet, but when I saw the red in person, it had a nice metallic look which impressed me. My first color choice is white, but there’s no white base GTs in in the North East.

The Micro Blue is gorgeous. Has a nice metal flake, and I personally love it. Well I did come from a Corsa Blue 2014 SX Turbo Optima so I am biased...

Nice! I think I’m gonna check one out this weekend. Honestly it seems like the micro blue fans are the most passionate about their color, lol!

Kia wasn't trying to hurt themselves with variety. I want some more color choices by the time my 3-year lease ends. For the Premium crowd there is Micro Blue and what looks like the "free" colors from the German brands.

I drove over an hour to get the Blue.

Absolutely- it's a blue version of the red and changes with the light.

@vsic112 Here's a pic of mine-- a base, unoptioned RWD 2.0 in Micro Blue. I've yet to hear of another one. This was the 1st car I've ever owned that wasn't gray, silver, or black and I'm so happy I took the chance...the color is awesome

It for sure has a metallic flake and changes at different angles/sunlight like others mentioned. Here's mine for variety...

When I open the inside garage door, I'm a couple of feet up (two steps to the garage floor) and looking at the hood/front end on the passenger side. What's interesting while looking at the paint is how it transitions, especially close to creases in the sheetmetal on the hood.
