Hi all, I have a set of 4 (19") Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires that came on my Stinger that I'm looking to sell. The tires have less than 100 miles on them. For all intents and purposes, they're basically brand-new. The reason I'm looking to sell them is because I don't live in such a warm climate, and I'm thinking it'd be better to swap them out for a good all-season tire.

I'd be looking to unload them for about $269/tire, so $1,076 without shipping (which any buyer would need to pay, and is obviously dependent on location). If you have any questions, sound off below. Suggestions on good all-season alternatives are also appreciated. Most of all, if you're interested, please let me know! Thanks for your consideration!

Good luck.
That's basically retail price.
Not to mention someone else on here is selling the whole set (all 4) for around 400.

They're basically in retail condition, so that's why it's not that heavily discounted. But I would consider reasonable offers, if anyone wants to make one.

Thank you! This is a big help. Do you have A/S on yours? If so, what kind? (Edit...just saw your signature. :p)

But...wait a second. What did yours come with? My Stinger came from Ontario, and appears to have the Michelin Pilot Sport 4's. Is that typical? Seems like an odd choice for the Canadian market...

Just edited my original comment, haha. I noticed it right after your replied, without even seeing your reply. Thanks for that! I'll check them out.
At the end of the day, if they put these on Canada-bound Stingers, it might be OK for my purposes. I'll mull it over a bit more.

You dont want to drive the OEM summers anywhere near snow or ice , they will not hold , very dangerous . where are you located ?

Northeastern US...so yeah, it gets cold here. I'm thinking I want to avoid that situation entirely and just go with A/S's. I actually called the tire place and asked about yours (among a few others). The guy told me that the G-Force Comp 2 A/S is noticeably loud. I'd love your opinion on that; who knows if these people even have any experience with the tire at all. Do you agree with that? He recommended the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ instead.

There is a video on the Tirerack post in the tire/wheel section which has a road test of several including the BFG , they are not loud . The Michelin gets a slightly better rating from TR and many here have them and really like them . I was and still am very partial to the Continental Ultra DWS AS as well . I had a QC and customer service issue with Michelin a few cars ago and swore I would never buy another tire from them . Set your objectives and then research the info and you'll find a tire you like . Tire rack is a great starting point , they have ratings , reviews and vids , also Consumer Reports . I posted everything I could find on this site when I was researching my replacement tires . Good Luck !

Are the G-Force Comp2's the ones where the tread wraps around the side of the tire? (for looks)

Thank you! I really appreciate your help. This is now the second time you've been monumentally helpful to me. I really appreciate it.

I'm also checking out the Pirelli Cinturato Sport A/Ws. They're apparently the only other set that comes close to the Michelins and your BFGoodrichs. Also well-priced. We'll see what happens.

And I hate to tell you this...but BFGoodrich is owned by Michelin! They're huge. Hard to escape them nowadays.

I believe so...they look really cool. I consider that a plus. I don't know much about tires, but this and the Pirelli Cinturato Sport A/Ws are standing out to me. Although apparently the Michelins I mentioned are the perfect tire, according to a bunch of folks. At this point, I'm not sure.

I wonder if the Pirelli's are loud. If the tire guy I spoke to is to be trusted, the Michelins are the quietest (but then again, this same person said that the BFGoodrichs @westcoastGT has are loud, which he disputes — so not sure I trust the tire guy).

Given current market prices, and the fact that I cannot ship the tires immediately, I have decided to lower the price to $599. Please let me know if anyone is interested; relatedly, reasonable offers are accepted. Thank you!

I went with the Continental DWS 06! I had the older DWS on my Mazdaspeed3 back in the day and loved them.

I live in Minnesota and went with "BF Goodrich G Force Comp 2's " same as westcoastGT. Seems like a good all around tire and has done pretty well in the snow. I did not notice any road noise from them either.
