I believe Map 1 was designed to be generally safe for 91, and Map 2 for 93, meaning there's probably some wiggle room but it'll depend on your car, gas, and conditions. So you'd probably want to run Map 1 for a bit, do a few pulls under various conditions, and check your logs to see if you're near your octane limits. Then do the same for Map 2 and see if things look safe/reasonable.

I don't suppose you have E85 around? Because you can mix E30 from 91, just need a little more ethanol.

i have e85 near me, i can mix e85 and 91 to make 93 octane?

Pure ethanol is something like 113 octane, with E85 about 105. If your local "E85" is actually something like E80 or E75 it'll be a little lower, so not a bad idea to grab one of those cheap test kits, but it should still be plenty to get you well above 93, and into Map 3 or 4. But again you probably want to go incrementally, checking logs at each step to see how you're running.

Couple example calculations:

11 gallons of 93 + 5 gallons of E85 (ie put in 1.25 gallons of E85 per each quarter tank, then the rest premium) = E33 with 97 octane
10 gallons of 91 + 6 gallons of E85 (ie put in 3gal E85 if you're at half a tank, rest 91) = E38 with 96 octane

And even if your "E85" is E70-75 at say 100 octane, 6 gallons per tank of 91 will get you around 94.5 octane, with the evaporative/cooling benefits of ethanol. But it'll cost you about 10% mileage (ie ~30% mix of ~30% lower energy fuel).

Yes. I usually put 1.5-2 gallons of e85 and it’s an enough to run map 2.

Put the E first on an empty tank then fill the rest with 91. Check your logs after or post them here.

how much WHP are u pushing and do u have any other mods or just JB4?

Some random person online can run how much boost with what octane doesn't mean anything for yourself. Gasoline quality is higher depended on where you at but generally speaking Arizona, California and Nevada have the crappiest gasoline.

Lots of ACN91 victims here can't even run map1 with a fairly clean log. Could be worse that our car's wastegate spec is pretty much all over the place, hence some cars just run more boost than others out of factory. Imagine your map2 is already map4 level boost for others and you're running 91 simply because someone online from you don't know where said okay. It just take one super knock to send your motor to hell.

Set your auto logging to 80%. Floor your gas paddle as let it auto shift a full 3rd gear at least (hold longer for 4th gear or even 5th gear is preferable but stay safe) then post the log here. Answer would be clear right after that.
