Is anyone running map 6+WMI along with an ECU Tune? If so, what is the best way to start building the custom tune?

Keep fuel bias 118 throughout the rpm range. Leave Duty bias 50's all the way down. Ensure Meth trigger and meth safety are both 1.
Start small. Map 3 is roughly 6 psi over stock. I would replicate that boost profile. You can do that by analyzing a map3 log. If you can't, or don't know how to look at a log and pull boosts per RPM, then please wait until you learn how to properly read logs before you start with Map6.
With boost slightly tapering up to 6 at 6k, see how timing is doing, Trims, and IAT's. If all looks good then you can bump up boost in .5 increments.

Note: If you're running 93 with an 80%ish mix of Meth, you're probably going to max out right where Map7 boost is, which is around 7+psi.
I wouldn't recommend Map6 unless you playing with a high octane fuel and you're at the track. What Terry has set up is perfect for pump gas and doesn't strain the plugs.

It’s best to email with Terry with logs. Explain your setup (including what bar ECU you have and any other factors like altitude issues) and he will help you on map 6. He did with me. I agree with @AWDGT2 in that make sure you have high octane fuel levels and with the settings. I ran logs and slightly layered boost over the top as mentioned above

Thanks everyone. I have a 1.4 bar ecu tune. Was going to compare logs from maps with 75 additive to where I am currently with map 0. If I can get the WMI working again. Currently the FSB has a flashing red light that I am try to get details on how to troubleshoot

A flashing LED means its working fine, receiving power.

Thanks Terry. I will take a look at the outputs from the JB4

When to the track this weekend and did a bit of playing around with map 6. I did see IGN3 and only 3 pulling a bunch of timing. Could that be a bad plug or could it be octane?

Plug 3 is an anomaly. Myself and a few others have a theory on why 3 always looks a tad worst than the rest when running meth. MTF but what I'm working on will hopefully clean that up.

Interesting, I was actually pulling boost a bit biased on that but the timing pull was fairly constant even on map 0. If you don't mind keep me in the loop and let me know if there is any way for me to help
