M&S Front Diffuser

I have the whole m&s kit I got from philip factory from the top banners he is a authorized vendor on here. very fast shipping, I was surprised how fast i got it. came protected in box with all hardware. I will do a review installation soon once I paint them. But from the test fitment it looks great very sturdy. I can’t wait to have it finally install. Hopefully I get to it this weekend. I highly recommend @philipfactory for m&s parts. I already bought the g type m&s spoiler from him. I did a review on that already.

Ordered the same thing but through importshark. Ordered it last Monday and tracking said itll be here saturday so about 2 weeks to get it delivered. I probably wont order from them again. Shipping time is slow and I'll pay the extra from Ebay to get it faster.

The guy said it’s only 350 for the lip but the freight costs are ridiculous as they are the same price. He said it was of the size of the item not the weight which I think is a whole lot of BS. I’m not buying it on principal.

I can confirm, I used to ship and receive large items all the time, the rules changed at some point (a decade or so back) which made it near impossible, first internationally, then even domestically. I used to send packages that could contain that splitter for $10-15. Now I wouldn't be surprised if it was at least 10x as expensive.

Should have got it from Philip factory, check What did you do to your Kia Stinger today? and scroll down until u see my post I posted pics going to write the review later. But the quality was amazing and I literally got it in 4days. Even tho it says it take like 2-3 weeks. They ship from Tustin,ca I believe, but import from Korea.

Yes it’s premium,It comes with the 1 whole piece together. but it’s really 2 pieces. The 2nd piece is reinforce into the front spoiler so it’s sturdier.

Who installed it and was it difficult to install? I saw that you said it comes with installation hardware. Does it come with installation instructions and did you have to buy anything extra for installation? Followed your lead and ordered from the Philip Factory also. Thanks!

I installed. No it was it difficult just took my time with it, prob did under 3 hours total. For all 3 front sides and rear diffuser. He has some installation instructions for certain items on his eBay page if u click on and show more description. I know for sure for the rear diffuser and I think the side. Nope didn’t have to buy anything else.

I mean you could have asked if it could ship immediately if you were in a rush. At the very least we could have moved your order up in the queue to help you out instead of you coming here and making it seem it took longer than expected. I assure you it would have been appreciated. We sell a HELL of a lot more different types of products than the random Korean dude who only has some M&S parts and emblems, so it's not really an apples to apples comparison. Also transit time from NY to CA is at least 5 business days, whereas AZ to CA is 1-2 days and requires a lesser type of packaging. Again, not really the best comparison with the other guy's order.

My fault I should have seen where it was being shipped. I was lazy and didn't do my homework. That being said I'm very particular about getting my orders on time. I live in an area where package are stolen all the time. I understand shit happens. When I got the first tracking # I was like cool I'm off that day but saw that it got change? Anyways it is what it is. Your communication is still #1 in my book and that's a plus.

Mike, maybe post what you can do for buyers if they are in a rush on your website. That way we can avoid negative posts about your service. Not everyone will have the intuition to ask if you can rush the order and they will just accept how the system delivers. Make them understand you will do your best to deliver within 2 weeks but if they contact you asking for a rush order this can be done depending upon stock and work load. (I presume but correct me if I’m wrong). eBay always bugs me when they say delivery between this date and that date and it doesn’t turn up until after the last date. I myself would not think to ask the seller to do a rush order like you suggested but it’s a great suggestion that would most likely increase your sales and customer experience. Just a suggestion....

You might think it's BS but it's not. Call UPS, DHL or Fedex locally give them approximate box size and ask them to give you shipping cost to Korea. You will be very surprised in negative way and note companies get big discount for shipping and if you don't have company of your own it will be a lot more than what they quote you. It's in interest of the seller to provide best shipping price as this increases chance of selling something but many times there is no cheap way to ship a large product half a world away and it's your decision if you are willing ti pay the price or not.

Yes its not the seller i know, its the ridiculous freight costs they hit you with. Turns me off immediately , i wonder why there is not an option to send by regular mail instead of frieghting it. Time is cheap to send by mail but freight costs are OTT.

Thus we have to use UPS and they charge for volume and this gets very expensive. Only rear M&S diffuser is small enough to be shipped by EMS for normal price. Makes sense? It's major obstacle but there is nothing we can do about it.

I was not upset with the seller item cost just the freight cost and i understand that they have no control over these costs, just to be clear to everyone.
