Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

Yeah, I started with 1.5bar and the logs were decent but I wanted to be safe so I switched to 1.3. It's plenty fast for me, especially with the TCU.
What’s the 0-60 on the 1.3 bar with pressure at 2 on tcu also does yours popcorn?

Slip_angle has 1.3 bar & tcu and 0-60 around mid/high 3s with a g70

I’m thinking of getting ecu tune 1.5 bar at 94 octane gas. Only bubbles in sport mode and tcu -8% and pressure at 3 and no intakes or exhaust mods. When I do that would I just email him and send the ecu back?

He sends you a new ecu and tcu, you keep your old ones so you can swap back and forth for service if wanted.

Also, that's the same ecu tcu combo I got, but u have exhaust, intakes, done.. with plans for wmi and a new fmic.

Thing is crazy fast, so much fun to drive

I recently replaced my stock 225/40R19 and 255/35R19 Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires with 235/40R19 and 265/35R19 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. I was worried I was going to lose speed due to the eight pound total increase due to the larger size...so I had to have some fun this nice, cool morning.

This is with Lozic 1.5bar ECU, TCU at 3 with -5% shifting, HKS spark plugs, AEM drop in filters, a full tank of Shell 93 with 3 gallons E85 mixed in. Stock intakes, stock exhaust.

Also attached is the log to that run. This was a personal best, my previous being 11.79 at 115MPH.
damn, that sh!t is running great! timing looks really good.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Shipping in progress, siked.

Interested to know jb4 map 2 with the tcu tune with or without some bolt ons would produce on 0-60s.

Pretty good! I was hoping for mid 3s ;) but I'll take it
TCU gets you to mid 3s

3.5s. The lightest version of Popcorn (bubble) is on but I'm stock, so I don't hear it.

Good time and tune! You did it with launch I can see.

I have about the same, see my sig, a bit higher Trap both in 1/8 and 1/4 but slower 60 Ft, all with JB4 and with same boost as you looking at the CSV

Hey for people with JB4/Lozic tunes etc.. AND track your car, what brakes/rotors do you run? I ask because I have a stock setup but in the next year or so I want to get Lozic ECU/TCU/AWD. I am thinking if its better to run a dual setup, some aftermarket blanks/red stuffs for DD, and for my 1-2 a year track sessions maybe bluestuffs. A 4000+lb object going 0-60 in 3-4s is f*cking hard to stop on a dime.

As the Kool-Aid man would say... Oh Yeah!!!
Time to have some fun

Lozic replaces the ecu.

You would run map 0 or 6 with jb4 to fine tune for your environment and operating conditions
I’m sorry if I sound inexperienced this is the first car I cared about enough to mod and it’s making me want to learn more. But if lozic replaces the ecu and I have a power train issue I can just install it and go back stock?

Yes, all 3 Lozic tunes come on spare modules. Simply swap back to your factory components at any time.

From what I understand and mind you I'm no expert. If you want to remain undetectable stick with a piggyback tune (JB4) because devices like these are signal interceptors. Basically, they manipulate the voltage a sensor (ie boost sensor, O2 sensor) has created before that voltage reaches the ECU and other modules in our Stingers. This allows increased HP and torque without any of the on board electronics knowing any difference.

Now if you go and swap out your ECU, TCU or AWD module with one that the factory parameters has been adjusted (a remap/tune). Such as I am preparing to do with my Lozic ECU and TCU then it is likely that other modules will record data that is not within factory specs. This could definitely raise a red flag if you take your Stinger in for powertrain warranty work. It depends how in depth the tech/engineer goes when investigating such a claim. Even if you swap back to all your original components there is a chance that something like the body control module will record data that was way out of spec. Will KIA deny your warranty? I don't know, hopefully I'm never in this predicament. But I have made the decision to take this risk and that is the question you have to ask yourself. Don't beat the hell out of your Stinger and keep up good maintenance. Doing this should prevent or at least greatly reduce the need for any warranty claims. Also, there is the whole ethics part of taking your modded car to the dealer for a warranty claim without being 100% forthcoming but I'm not going to get into that.

Well said!
I'd even go so far as saying in the right hands, the JB4 alterations of the vehicle could possibly be detected as well.

People modding should embrace the ‘Pay to Play’ mentality.

I fully agree.

When I bought my g70, I knew I was going to mod it..they were trying to sell me on warranty extra coverage I just started laughing cause I assume I'll be nuking the entire warranty and will get nothing out of it.
