Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

PayPal update:

Lozic told me it was because the payments we make in Paypal are made in USD but he is unable to withdraw in USD. He wants the USD for future US business. Anyways, he said he doesn't want customers to be unhappy, so he is accepting Paypal again and will figure it out a different way.

Bottom line. Lozic is 100% trustworthy, so don't worry about that. I was the first person in North America to take the risk and get his ECU and he's been great to me and everyone else. I sent my ECU back for revisions and he was very responsive to what I wanted!

I'm running 1.3Bar for 91 octane and TCU pressure 2. It's perfect for my needs.
I tried telling them that I was interested in 1.3 bar like you have and he kept insisting 1.5 is fine. How did you convince him 1.3?

Weird. He said 1.3 bar was fine for me even when I asked if 1.4 or 1.5 would be better.

Who has all order now today besides me?

I’m about log onto paypal. Just going with TCU pressure 2. Not sure if I’m going jb4 or ecu in the future.

Keeping my JB4 for now and going to give this TCU a go

Well the thing is that he's right. 1.5bar will be fine in *most* cases with 91 octane. I had the 1.5bar tune and the logs looked decent but I wanted to be completely safe because the fuel in Canada isn't as good as in the US. Also, I didn't like the sudden 20psi boost at part throttle, so I sent him custom specs.

Having said that, it's your tune so just tell him you want 1.3bar. You can ask him for my specs if you want.

I just messaged him and asked again if my order sheet options were good for pump 93. I also apologized for not wanting to do the bank transfer and asked to send an invoice to my Paypal instead.

When I initially told him what I had/use and asked what he suggests for 93 he sent the order form mostly pre-filled with the fuel, 1.5bar and what I assume are the ideal TCU and AWD settings but didn't explicitly mention any options in the email. Not sure if that's by default.

Thanks for the reply. Not sure if I want 20 psi boost at part throttle as well. Is that part of the sheet (boost ready function)?

The sheet I have is from a long time ago, so someone with a newer sheet would need to chime in but the function is called.
Boost standby ON/OFF

Note, that mine is set to ON but because the way my boost ramps up I have no issues and the car runs like a peach.

Do you mind sharing how your boost ramps up since you provided him custom settings?

I would like to know as well if you are willing to share. The sheet sent to me Monday does not have a Boost Standby On/Off

Slip, question for you I noticed in your mods the elbow was removed I swear I have seen someone else say to do that. Did you notice a difference?

Yeah, absolutely. Here is what I asked for and the actual tune is pretty close, if I recall. Peak is close to 19psi in my logs.

With regards to the inlets, yes I think removing them made a difference though I didn't test it. I do know a Stinger owner who is stock and has done a lot of 1/4 mile runs at the track. He just removed his inlets and installed snorkels and I believe he was consistently 3/10ths faster in his races.

Can someone repost how to contact / order? I know it's in here somewhere, but I don't have time to re-read 1300 posts to find the latest info..

Thanks.

The only thing preventing me from sending him my sheet for payment is I have no way to log runs or any gauges to keep an eye on parameters. Part of me wants to just say deal with it and later get a JB4 or start with JB4 and eventually get ECU tune. I'm such an indecisive person.

What bar are you thinking? And what is your fuel situation? Slip and coconut know a lot about these products they might be able to point you in the right direction.
