Either eBay, or ask multiple local Kia dealerships. Different dealerships will mark up at different rates. For example, one dealership in my area marks everything up by at least 20% more than the others

Looks like there is a nation wide shortage of

Lower Deflector - Kia (29110-J5100) as even Kia distribution warehouses do not have them in stock. Even junk yards are sold out of them. I need one bad for my GT2 but looks like I am screwed as of now. ​

Any ideas?
