Looking to Buy - Budget Constraints

Hi! New member - got the push from the wife to buy a Stinger, so I'm looking to buy either a CPO or new model, but with some financial constraints.

Want to keep monthly budget under $600.

I understand there are some crazy good purchase deals right now, would prefer a GT2, but would consider a GT1 AWD as well. (My test drive of a RWD in the rain was scary!) Normally, I wouldn't do purchase new, but with significant discounts, my concern of massive depreciation hit is somewhat minimized. Still an issue.

Local Kia dealers don't have a lot of inventory of CPO used GT1/GT2 in my area (DFW.) Found one for $38k, a bit steep I think.

So, Classic Kia has suggested that I look at a new one (surprise!), and with cash back and 0% financing, thinking that it might work.

Generally speaking, what would be a 'great deal' on the following models:

GT2 AWD - msrp $54k
GT1 AWD - msrp $48k
GT2 RWD - msrp $51k

All feature 'kia cash' of $3k - but surely there is a lot more for the taking at this point.

Thoughts?

If you don't care for CPO, there seems to be few clean used ones out there.
Houston 18 GT2 - $38k
Miami 18 GT1 - $29.5k
These are modded cars, so price is bit on the higher end. However. if you are going to mod anyway it might be worth it. I see 18 GT2's under $35k around my area dealerships.

There are few new 2020 GT2's advertised for $48-49k and GT1's at $43-44k around my area.

38k for a 18 stinger with 10k on it LOL That's a joke right? I got my 2019 GT2 out the door for about $42k financed and it has 3miles on it.

Anything new especially and 18/19 I would never pay more than 40k used should be 32k maybe 35k max depends on condition and miles.

If you have good credit lease buyout is by far the best option. It should come out cheaper than CPO and financing new
