There's some bank sites I visit where some functions are broken (like external transfers). I have the fire rodent set to strict tracking and ad protection. Some sites require adding certain other sites to the third party cookie white list. Not sure it's applicable here. Haven't had to log in..................I can't remember when.

Every time my 'puter gets updated during the night, for the usual variety of reasons that cause a reboot, I have to sign in here aaagain (and go through the list of logins): it usually happens c. once a week. Inevitably when that happens my credit union requires that I receive a code over the phone, text or message, to complete the login: it doesn't matter that I select "register this device" each and every time.

Merlin, did you do something with your browser temp file location? Using a ramdisk? What browser? Sounds like the browser might be set to clear cookies on exit?

None of that is happening unless cookies are deleted during some automatic update that I am unaware of. I only have to sign into Stinger forum occasionally; in between times I remain signed in. And I use Microsoft Edge.

Hmm.. Maybe the update includes something in edge which purges the cookies¿?

I'm a die hard fan of firefox. Have been for ages. Might not be the fastest, but does well in the addons dept and configuration dept. About:config exposes tons of hidden dials and knobs.

It can also be a pig with many tabs opened and lots of activity.



Good thing I have 64gb.
