About 2 months ago I posted about getting my '20 Ceramic Silver GT2 AWD, and now I am posting about my '21 Ceramic Silver GT2 AWD.

Long story short, an elderly woman almost T-boned me at a tricky 4-way stop, I swerved to at least get hit in the rear-quarter, but that didn't happen and I wound up in this guys yard.

Fast forward 2 weeks, and evidently whatever I drove over on my excursion into that field damaged the floor badly enough that the car was totaled. There was too much involved with repairing the car, and apparently Kia does not have a documented floor-repair process, so repair was out the window.

Thankfully the stars aligned, insurance's payout didnt screw me, and I was able to find the exact car at a local dealer this time, instead of one in Florida.

Weirdly, my car doesn't have the updates that we've been reading about, like the new wheels, the bigger screen, and the lightbar in the rear, but perhaps I have an early build.

So yeah, hey again!

It would interesting to keep track of your VIN, to see if someone repairs that "totaled" Stinger. Glad you got a replacement in a spiff manner.

Welcome, back? :D

You won't be getting the "2021" with new taillights, headlights, infotainment screen and all of that. That's the Korean-spec 2021. The 2021 here in the U.S. is a direct carry over of the 2020. See here: 2021 Kia Stinger Overview

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

I actually joked to my GF that it was going to end up in Florida as a salvage title or would pop up at LS Fest in a year haha. I never thought of actually tracking it though to see where it ends up.

That makes sense, cuz the salesman was generally confused with what i was saying.

Which is funny cuz for like 5 minutes yesterday my neighbor and I were looking at the car trying to decide if it was slightly different or not. We decided there were some differences. We were wrong.

Welcome back! Glad to hear you're back in a Stinger again and that you avoided being t-boned!
