Terrible customer service during purchasing and after sale. Have a noise in the roof from the grab handles flexing and wont do anything instead they added more grease on the sunroof. I even proved it to them when the noise stopped when i grabbed the grab handles myself. they claimed they couldn't hear the noise even though i was in the car with them and could hear it. All of Leggat is bad in general. (stay away from this group of dealerships and go to Lockwood) ( i have bought Honda from team Honda and Acura from Acura on Brant) team honda installed my sport spoilers wrong and halton honda needed to fix it. Acura on brant was just bad.

Those kind of noises is nothing new with stingers. And looks like are pretty much unresolvable. I understand the frustration, but i wouldn't be that hard on dealer for that problem. Clearly someone at kia made a mistake engineering the structure.

Had issue with Tint Shield which is part of Acura Brant. Took pulling teeth to get the problem fixed. Call Kia Customer Service to get things rolling.

Ahhh tint shield is terrible. I agree. I have tried they say they believe in there techs and they will resolve the issue….. that’s all I get from customer service. I had an Acura from them 2018 tlx aspec and the side trim pieces the red part kept bubbling and it’s normal for Acura apperently….

Take it to Kia Mississauga. They fixed my roof rattle no issue under warranty
you can black out everything i just want to see the complaint and fix.

I'll have a look at what they emailed me.
I was told that it was a common issue and the tech at this location had fixed another stinger with the exact same issue. They didn't even question it.

Talk to Tesrine in service, that's who I have dealt with on a bunch of stuff. She is great.
It did take two days though and they provided me with a loaner.

I actually never tried pulling the handle. It just rattled constantly any time there was a bump or the car shifted laterally.
Give Tesrine a call. Honestly she was great, very helpful. I kind of drove them nuts.
They screwed up on my PPI and ended up giving me a new set of rotors and discounted the Eibach sway bar installation as well.
