KIA Stinger VS Dodge Charger SRT

That's because we don't believe. We know that kind of power will smoke a Stinger. It isn't being driven right, or something else is going on, as posited, the surface could have drifting sand or something like that. That would hurt the RWD car with more power if the driver did not anticipate wheel spin properly. (Here I am talking like I know what i am talking about! I do, theoretically, a little bit, enough to agree that something is up with that duel; the Stinger should lose; not by much, but it can't win a fair head to head duel with that engine.)
I felt the same way and wouldn’t have believed it either until I had two personal experiences vs SRTs. Long story short, both were roll races and both ended like the video above. I took a slight lead right off the bat and the SRTs couldn’t gain any ground. I was shocked the first time, but after this last race and all these videos I’m convinced we’re just as quick in real world conditions.

Now I’m not denying they make better numbers(HP,1/4m,etc)in the perfect conditions, and will usually pull on us at illegal speeds(75+). But I’m not worried anymore when I pull up next to SRTs, 5.0s & SS’s! I actually look for them now because I know I have a fighting chance.

i actually raced a mustang 5.0 looked like a older one and it happened the same way it was a close race but i had at least half a car lengths on him. i did two rolling on the freeway. I'm sure if we were stopped at stop light who knows it might have been a different story.

We can beat alot of cars, that is for sure!

I beat an SRT with my GT from a rolling start a couple weeks ago. I was deeply impressed! The guy was so freaking mad he was spitting cuss words at me like I had insulted his sister or something. He had been prancing around town, horsing the throttle in his car acting like he owned the road, I had to take a shot at him. I haven't seen him since lol.

awesome, love it! Congratulations!!
This is my first post, great job man, loved the video! I was curious about the tune you have, does it void out the warranty also? Will it leave the residual traces if something goes wrong with the engine or transmission?

I've ran several Mustang 5.0's, and Challenger 392's, I always pull on the Challengers and I slightly Edge the Mustangs on my stock motor. I was about two cars behind an SRT 392 a couple of nights ago from an 60 mile-an-hour roll and he punched it, I caught him and passed him, I think he was a bit shocked.lol

Welcome!

If your dealership will put in the mods, then not only do you have a good dealership, but Kia will absolutely guarantee the warranty on work done by their dealership. I think that "cut to the chase" on all such questions is accomplished if you straight up ask: "Will you do this work for me?" If they give you any flack over warranty voidance issues, then that dealer is one you don't want to do business with. Find another one.

Stinger gets smoked by an SRT

Based on the lack of foglights and the design of the area they usually go, this would be a SRT Trackhawk. If they lost to a Stinger I would hope the owner would get rid of that Jeep ASAP haha.

Either way, that Jeep is crazy fast. Sounded wonderful also.
Yeah the Trackhawk is insane, my daughter has one, those things are off the dial for a road car let alone an SUVBEB103A0-308B-4585-A0A1-CD279873A713.webp

Yet another Stinger that refused to post a respectable time at Castrol Raceway. In fact that video might have been from this last Friday when I was there, 4 Stingers out. I did not see one 12 second run out of any, and there was a blue one out that was "quite modded."

I'm seriously starting to wonder if our track uphill or something. So many AWD automatic cars posting times worse than "everyone else" gets. With launch control and AWD, things should be pretty comparable.

I was going to say - that stinger did mid-13's. Yikes.

I heard the fastest Stinger out that day at that track (near me) ran 12.7, with a few bolt ons including WMI, so it seems they all run pretty slow up here. DA was 3700ft if that video's run was from this last Friday.

With my light-modded stinger, when i half-floor the pedal, it feels like the jeep in the start with sports mode on.
How the stinger looked, is what i think it feels when i drive in eco

I've read through this several times and I do believe it makes less sense each time I try. :D:P

This feels really weird: like the whole world suddenly started speaking in Arabic!?

What info do we have? Is the Stinger modified as well? Is it RWD? Etc.
This is what I want to know was the Stinger modded and was it RWD or AWD.
