It's an adapter rings to allow you to put a guage in one of the car vents. You could add a boost gauge, voltmeter, afr or whatever else

One last question, how and where did you pull power from for the boost gauge and where did you go through the firewall to hook up the hose?

I had holes for wmi to the engine bay. Power I have a dedicated supply but you can get it several places including driver's fuse panel
