oh yeah of course thanks for reminding meSure you didn't refuel the uranium in your Flux capacitor?
my last run, (11.90) was 3/4 tank I was using over the counter cheap booster in the past and sometimes e85. Think I have one more in the chamber. This was my 1st run with boostane. I was 20 miles till empty too. Spares out as well.
what octane is e15?New 1/4 mile record 11.61. Without my 20 lbs of sound deadening, sway bars and chasis brace this is a 12.59. So close!
I hit 11.61 twice. Do i post the 1.82 60 foot or higher trap?
All 6 runs today were in 11.6s and 120 mph plus.
Same temp (31 and 30 today ) as my 11.66 a few days ago but used e15 blend.

It was 4 gallons 92 E0 and 1 gallon E85. So E14 to E17 (since E85 is 70-85%) so about 94 octane.what octane is e15?

Yeah i was thinking the same on the tires. More stretch would make the tire slightly shorter. Did notice on the highway the hud was showing 1 mph higher than dragy. Can't recall what the difference was with the old rims.Thats awesome, In addition to the wheel weight saving, I think the OEM tires on the 9.5 rear probably reduced the tire diameter a little helping you with the launch as well. try another tank of the same fuel, maybe more adaptation could push you to 11.59.
Whats the sound deadening, can't you temporarily remove it or is it permanent?
My 2010 GTR with 3 inch intake, ported turbo inlet tubes, catless downpipes, catted 90 mm midpipe and a 90 mm cat back exhaust, 1050 cc ASNU injectors and with a custom Cobb Accessport tune managed a 10.56 @ 130 MPH on the dragstrip with a 1.6 sec 60 ft. time. At that time, I was using LC5 Cobb launch control which was a BIG improvement over the OEM launch control. ECUTEK was the other major player in the GTR tuning scene at that time. They came to the market after COBB but was more involved with R&D on the platform. People who had both felt that the ECUTEK was significantly better with their launch control, transmission shifting and traction control adjustability. A LOT of GTR owners at that time were converting from COBB to ECUTEK software. The limiting factor for ECUTEK was the lack of iOS compatibility, but had I kept the car longer, I would have also eventually made that switch.Modified Stinger vs stock 2016 GTR

Getting pretty close. Not bad considering the GTR is 545 hp, almost 200 lbs lighter and has a dual clutch.
A RWD stinger with a piggy back will beat the 1st gen GTR.
@Terry@BMS any chance you can get your friends at dragy to add korean cars to a category? Expand Japanese maybe?

Seems like tuners like Tork are just now scratching the surface of these areas, and hopefully will be able to significantly expand on that in the near future. That's when the AWD cars will start to get REALLY fast!!
Hopefully BMS's traction mods being developed will help us RWD guys out - right now it's not even fair comparing AWD to RWD in terms of 1/4 mile times (ET's specifically, trap speeds are another story)
