Here is my race chip slip from spring. Left lane. Race chip, ark catback and k&n panels.View attachment 15119
I only have 92 octane so just used standard race mode. I was using the app. Mine is AWD btw. What octane fuel? Are you using the app with RaceChip? Did you reach out to RaceChip support to put your chip into it's most aggressive mode?
I recommend we further categorize times based on street vs drag strip, as the strip will be slower given how sticky the track is.
What are your thoughts and experiences? Is it possible auto-hold with traction/stability enabled and XLR in Race+ will render a faster 1/4 mile then LC?
I don't follow. Why would more traction make the car slower?
How do you know 'car #173 right lane' is a Stinger, when looking at a posted time slip?![]()
Not a chance, pedal tuners will NOT make the car faster.
More rolling resistance = slower cars.
Yea you're probably right. The tracks I've been to only have noticeably more traction at the start and then it's just a road basically. Of course some tracks vary and have a slight slant, headwind, etc which may impact times slightly. Most have seen an extremely close relationship between Dragy and a real track.Maybe for a 17 second civic.....
the street will not be faster than the track for a tuned Stinger, the extra traction is going to decrease your time far more than any extra friction is going to add. If someone is getting better times on the street, either they're going downhill, whatever they're measuring with is off, or they have better weather conditions.

If your on FB there is a 3.3 / 2.0 performance page with a active document on 1/4 times and what mods the car has.I’d like to see a separate forum section for time slip postings (to include 1/8, 1/4 and possibly road/circuit) and have a sticky thread with top times and a link back to the post. Throw some rules on it...like requiring the time slip. Reading through 100s of post in a thread is fine, until it isn’t. I’m sure next year we’ll have plenty hitting the tracks. Think we would be seeing any G70 owners coming here? I’d be interested to see there times. Just my .02...
Do you have a link or exact name of the FB group? Not easy to find. EDIT - Found it! "3.3/2.0 perfomance discussion" (be sure to mis spell performance and don't search for Stinger)If your on FB there is a 3.3 / 2.0 performance page with a active document on 1/4 times and what mods the car has.

Also for Bear - the moderators do update the first page from time to time with the lasts list.
@Tonkabob and anyone else on this thread that is using the RaceChip or considering it, take a look at my dyno numbers that I just posted. Pretty impressive I must say.
