Seems to get full power once it gets over 8-10mph using launch control. After that it takes off. Watching logs it would go 0,3,3,0,3,6,8,8 mph and then go. Now it is closer to 0,3,3,7,10 mph
My car is scheduled to be inspected for the repaint on Friday , so if it clears Kia’s inspection, I’m hitting Atco Raceway in the evening to take advantage of some of this excellent race weather.
Perfect racing weather around the USA. Hope we see some good track times coming in. We'll have our Stinger at Shift Sector trying to hang with the big boys doing 1/2 mile racing.
Made it to an 1/8th mile track after work today. Car was heat soaked after an hour drive and sat for 45 minutes and still showed 120-130 iats. Once in 4th it'd go full boost and start picking up speed. Was only logging 4.7 and 4.8 0-60s vs street 4.3s. Need to go to a 1/4 mile track if i have time this year.

Excellent, cant wait to see how it does. I noticed the car is faster if you shift right at 6k, this way it always stays at the sweet spot of the powerband.
Just ran a 12.08 in my AWD. Ran 12.02 twice, but slope was 1.09 so not valid. (1.0 is max). True dragy is not official but pretty safe to say I'll take the top AWD spot when the strip opens back up. Also my strip had a significant turn so pretty sure I can hit 11s.

Thanks. I did use LC and I did have the 1/8 to 1/4 tank but had the spare tire in. I think taking the turn out of my track will help alot.
I just noticed on the 12.02 run log i lifted at 113-114 mph and the 1/4 ended at 117.
So far people that ran dragy at the strip are spot on for ET or slightly slower which is a good sign. Dragy trap used to run higher, not sure if they fixed that.
