I was going to ask that. I've taken mine to Kingswood for my 3K check and it seems typical that the default response from any service department is they can't reproduce the fault. I have 2 rattles I need fixed and I'm putting off taking it in as I just know it's going to be a waste of time.Just don't go back with any issues. Say Hi to Lauren for me she's a shining light.
