• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Kia GT group

I don't see Micro Blue anywhere

But @DCBStingerGT, @Dreddpax,@Bigbikesand @Wazz, we are going to have to show up and add some colour to the Convoy
Definitely want to attend the next cruise day, and add some of our colour, majority of Kia's on todays cruise were white, the only colour for them today was those cupcakes.:):rofl: If a Kia GT club cruise day is gonna be quite a while from today, maybe we can organise our own cruise , coffee and cars with forum members mentioned, and anyone else interested , when the weather will be more predictable for a warm sunny day, low winds and no rain.

Oi Flame and D.C.B. you big girls blouses you're telling me you both skipped the cruise because you saw a cloud:rofl::laugh:?

If I had my way your Stinger cred would be revoked:laugh::laugh:. PleasingAliveAmericangoldfinch-size_restricted.gif

:rofl: under good authority I was informed it was raining up where the cruise was before 9am, that's the problem with Vic weather it can pour down in patches and you don't know when your'e going to get caught.
It poured down here in the arvo and all night.
DCBStingergt is more of a " big girls blouse " than me, at least Sonic has been caught in the rain 4 times by now, how about your Blue Thunder ? DCB when did she last see day light ? :p

Hey, what's wrong with wearing a Big Girls Blouse, nothing, so there. :p Ohh shit, you were talking about Blue Thunder, understood it wrong, she saw sunlight yesterday, when I opened the garage door, so I hope this interrogation is over and I have answered your question, I need a lawyer. :):rofl::laugh::rofl:

Fair enough Vic Inc you hit my funny bone so no revoking required.

Ps. What's this "Rain" thing? :DA few of our country towns are about to run out of wet stuff soon.
If these Gov.t's would only harness all this run off from the canals into a storage dams , I guess there's no money or kick backs for them in that unlike the water filtration plants I'd imagine??

( Rant concluded)

So all you lot in Victoria realise that your car will still work if it gets wet right? Kia make them that way just to be helpful. It’s not like they’re made of recycled cardboard and will fall into a mushy mess if water gets on them.

You could move to NSW to avoid rain as we are in the middle of one of the worst droughts in history, but there’s enough weirdos in our State without all you H2O phobic people :D :p

You could try Queensland but also has drought and full of weirdos :p plus over the next couple of months they should be due for cyclones at least on the north coast so that’ll mean rain

Looks like you’ll have to head west of the border but let’s face it, it’s just too far away I mean they don’t even have the same time zone as us, and the further west you go the further back in time you travel.

Guess you’ll just have to suck it up and risk driving in rain.

HAHA, But at least we miss out on hail the size of golf balls here in Melbourne :laugh:

Looks like we did miss out, can't believe yesterday was so beautiful and sunny all day, barely any wind at all, and today like this.:(:)
Well it rained on and off at my place all day yesterday

That is a good thing. My little patch of the Premier State is known for fierce summer thunderstorms with large hail. All last summer I was paranoid one would hit while I was at work and unable to park her under cover. We ended up with a number of work cars badly damaged by hail but thankfully that day I was off and my baby was safely tucked away in my garage. There were a few afternoons where I postponed going to the shops etc due to the colour of the sky and the fear of fast moving ice rocks

I’ve forgotten how to work my windshield wipers. :D

As I was about post this a segment on the news just informed me that Brisbane has been 39 days without rain and we only received 2.8mm on that day 39 days ago. Brisbane has only received 373 mm for the year to date when we would normally have received 700 odd mm by now. It is much, much worse out west.
