I just got sent this from a couple people and firstly want to honestly apologize
We dropped the ball 100%
The order is shipping today and expediting
also youll be seeing a partial refund as an apology for the wait
Theres no reason this should have happened.
But only explanation is it fell through the cracks and emails were in spam.
We will never purposely ignore a customer and Im truly sorry about this

100% why if I’m buying Stinger parts I check with Nick first.
Not sure what aftermarket items I may buy for mine but after seeing this thread and Nick's replies, KharTunerz is where I'll go. Having an issue with an order can happen, great client service though, is rarer and VERY valuable.
Thank you for the response and owning up to the mistake. I really try to do everything possible before leaving a negative review. I removed my Facebook review after receiving this response. I look forward to getting the JB4 shipped.
