As stated (in other threads) - Kia moved 1,506 units of the Stinger last month.

2nd month in the a row where the Stinger has sold in the 1,500 range (we'll see if this turns into a trend); down from its high of over 1,700.

Australian sales seem to have hit a plateau as well - 174 (slightly down from the previous month - 188).

Things will get tougher for Stinger as a new competitor, the Genesis G70 gets released in more markets.

(Will update w/ other countries/regions of interest as the sales data get released.)

Germany sales:

Stinger - 107

IS - 20
Q50 - 5

Giulia - 78
XE - 77
ATS - 14

Korea
:

Stinger - 621
G70 - 890

Canada
:

Stinger - 154

A5 -323 (including 2-door)
IS - 222
4 Series - 188 (including 2-door)
Q50 - 154
TLX - 154
XE - 95
ATS - 85
G70 - 78

Considering that the Stinger is yet to available in base turbo-4 form (coming for the '19MY), Stinger sales in Canada are holding up pretty well.

And this is despite increased competition from corporate cousin, the G70 (looks like it's going to take some time for Genesis Canada's direct-from-manufacturer sales approach to gain traction).

Do you have the stats for sales comparisons to those other models in the USA? Am interested to see how it compares out here.

Surprising Germany with the emission tax structure its doing above the competition. German make aside that would make the volume miserable.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Not bad sales numbers though for a first year release of a totally new vehicle. Aussie numbers plateauing could be caused by a number of factors...July being middle of our winter, our new financial year, & new potential owners waiting for 2019 release or 2018 run-out sale.
