Does the jb4 tuner or any tune really make a difference in the stinger?

JB4 definitely. Map 2 or higher is significant even with no other mods.
Make sure you regap the plugs though, even on map 1

I got a question about the JB4 tuner and the reduced spark plug gap. So if I install the tuner and reduce the gap to $26,000...or .0026", and then want to take it to the dealer for any reason I will probably remove the tuner but what about the spark plug reduced gap? How will the car run with a reduced gap of that much with no tuner?
