have a used JB4 for sale with the BT adaptor and fuel wire. In great shape and works like it should. Bought it a year and a half ago and have only driven my Stinger maybe 5000 miles within that time. How was your experience with the xlr Racechip ? Does it really help with the lag when stepping on it ? Can it help with roll racing ? Interested

Hey bud, Yeah I defiantly felt a difference. There are like 5 different modes it can get set to. Race+ is the most aggressive I wish I could use it on my Mustang but its not compatible..

Yes it works on both the 4clynder and 6 twin Turbo. only difference in the 2 cars is the optional fuel wire, The 4 uses 1 and the 6 needs 2. I have 1 with kit because I had the base model 4cylnder, But I never even hooked it up... PNP Fuel Wire Adapter for JB4 - Hyundai and KiaPlug 'n Play Fuel Wire Adapter (ONE for 2.0T)

Yes it works like it should, Could only imagine how well it would work on the Twin Turbo models, I only had the base 4 cylinder model.

So if I were to buy your JB4 I would only have to purchase 1 additional fuel adapter to have the set of 2; there are no differences in the cables themselves, correct? If that is the case, I will grab the JB4, and you can sell the XLR to br3 if he decides he wants it.

Don't forget to unlink your bluetooth account from the module, I see that is a problem for a lot of second hand JB4's.

I looked up videos on Youtube and I can not find any info on "Unlinking the BT app"..I know it cost like $27 for the app, but I can save that cost for you and just give you my log in credentials, like you are me when you hook up..We will figure it out shouldnt be a problem.

The Bluetooth Kit + JB4 Mobile (latest version) with firmwares require you to UNLINK VIN (Button) from JB4 Mobile App You need to be connected through the app to the JB4 to unlink it.

From another forum. So yea, if you give me your login when I hook it up I think I can un-link it and create my own account. If not, it seems like I can contact Burger and they can do.

EDIT: Here is the official response from Terry over at Burger. Click the link, sign in and un-link your vin.

When connecting to a JB4 for the first time the mobile adapter locks to your JB4 mobile account (username and password setup in JB4 mobile) to prevent strangers from randomly connecting to your car and making changes. But often people forget to "unlock" the adapter before removing the JB4 if they are transferring or reselling it requiring the new user to follow the "unlock" routine in the app. Now there is another option. This weblink lets you unlock your adapter even if the JB4 is no longer in your possession. We'll be making further changes to this important JB4 security system in the coming months to better facilitate car to car transfers but this will speed things up for now.

If you're unable to sign in to unlock then you must email (REDACTED EMAIL) with the screen shot provided in the app for a manual unlock which can take up to 24hours. Emails sent to BMS support directly for this purpose will be ignored.
